Juvias death - outline.

Ofc I don't actually think it will happen, I also, hope it doesn't either, I'll cry! 

She has Ice on her cheek, as she's made out of water, her face started turning into water, and Gray froze it, so that she could remain beautiful in death. 

Juvia saves Gray from an attack by Silver, and ended up being pierced through the neck, chest, and back, with ice shards.

She's smiling because she's happy that she doesn't have to watch her 'beloved Gray-Sama' die again. 

She is also, telling him she loves him once more, before she dies.

And she is also thanking him for showing her the blue sky, and being the first and last person she loved from fairy tail.
